Reporting a device or recording problem
To help us understand what happened, include:
- Your browser name and version, and your operating system.
- Whether you were testing a built-in camera or microphone, a USB device, or another input.
- Which action failed, what you expected, and the error message shown.
- Whether the problem happens again after checking site permissions and the device selected in Extras.
Do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary personal recordings. Only include a screenshot or attachment if you are comfortable sharing it and have permission to share its contents.
Privacy questions
Use the same address for questions about the privacy policy or information you have emailed to us. The tester does not upload your media, so we cannot recover recordings that were stored only in your browser.
